IHS Nigeria PLC is a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the year of 2001.
The company commenced operations by providing turnkey solutions for telecommunications operators and vendors who seek to build telecommunications infrastructures for fixed and wireless telecommunication services.
The two main aspects of its current business are telecommunications infrastructure deployment and post-construction management (operation and maintenance). Currently, the company conducts activities in all the states of the federation.
